Do I need a registered business and a bank account to start?
No. You can launch a store without a registered business or bank account — orders will arrive over WhatsApp. Card payment is in development: we will switch it on once our payment provider is live.
How long does it take to launch a store?
You can put a storefront together in minutes: add your products by hand, pick a banner from the ready-made templates, and publish your store at partner.sello.az.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. No plan takes a percentage of your sales — only a flat subscription, free to start and from 169 AZN a month on paid plans. All your revenue, your customer base and your direct line to the buyer stay with you.
What does it cost right now?
During the launch phase, until paid subscriptions are switched on, nothing is billed on any plan and we do not ask for a card; the planned prices are Business 169 AZN/month and Pro 299 AZN/month, and we will give you notice before billing starts.
What address does my store run on?
On a partner.sello.az subdomain, over HTTPS, with no setup. Connecting your own domain is in development — we will let you know when it is ready.
How does delivery work?
Deliver it yourself, or connect our partner service, Wolt, once it is switched on (in development). You stay fully in control of your warehouse, logistics and customer service.
What is Copy to marketplace, and when will it be available?
This is a planned transfer of your store's catalogue into BirMarket for sellers with a registered business. It is in development and not yet available on any plan — we will announce its launch separately.
