Scope
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Sello platform by sellers and buyers on sello.az and store subdomains. By using the platform, you agree to comply with the current version of these terms.
Accounts
Creating a store requires accurate information about yourself and a verified phone number. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity carried out through your account.
Seller obligations
Sellers agree to provide accurate information about their products and services, to comply with applicable laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and to fulfil customer orders in a timely manner.
Fees and billing
Using the platform is billed as a flat monthly subscription based on the chosen plan. Sello does not take a commission on a seller's sales on any tier.
Intellectual property
The Sello name, logo and software are the property of Sello. Sellers retain all rights to their own trademarks, photos and product descriptions displayed in their store.
User content
Sellers are fully responsible for the content they publish in their store and confirm they hold all rights necessary to use it.
Limitation of liability
Sello provides the platform “as is” and is not responsible for product quality, seller conduct, or disputes between sellers and buyers. Sello's liability is limited to the subscription fees a seller paid over the preceding three months.
Termination
Sellers may stop using the platform at any time. Sello may restrict or suspend access to a store if these terms or applicable law are violated.
Data and privacy
How personal data is processed on the platform is described in a separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
Data processors
To operate the platform, Sello relies on third-party services such as hosting, SMS code delivery and analytics. The full list of processors is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Data retention
Account and store data is kept for as long as the platform is in use, and is deleted or anonymized after a store closes, unless a longer period is required by law.
User rights
Sellers and buyers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting Sello support, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
Sello may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be published on this page along with an updated last-modified date.
